Aromatic single malt with the bouquet of a good sherry
The sherry of the Oloroso type leaves the finest notes of fruit and wood in its aging cask (450-500l). The one poured into this barrel SLYRS Bavarian Single Malt then has about a year to absorb these aromas from the wood.
