SLYRS Dinzler roasted coffee in the SLYRS barrel aged
This coffee is roasted in batches in the Dinzler coffee roastery on the Irschenberg using the long-term roasting process at low temperatures of up to a maximum of 200 degrees. Acids and irritants are reduced and the aromas can develop optimally.
The blend used here consists of 95% Arabica coffee. The beans come from South and Central America, refined with African highland special coffee from Zambia. After roasting, the coffee is stored for 72 hours in the SLYRS Whiskybarrel. There he receives his inimitable SLYRS Taste.
Perfectly prepared as a hand infusion or filter coffee, it shows SLYRS Roasted coffee in the cup with complex aromas, full body and an ingenious aftertaste. A real must for anyone who appreciates the finest coffee and the finest Bavarian Whiskys appreciates.

Cool idea. The coffee forms a very nice cream, but the taste is a bit too bitter/tart for me.
