As an alternative to classic maturation in our new American white oak casks, we also offer you a finishing in old bourbon or sherry casks.
With the same care as you SLYRS "Private Cask" was created, the bottles are also labeled by hand with your individualized label (name, initials or logo).
The bottles are packed in boxes of 6 and are then ready for collection. Delivery/dispatch possible by arrangement.

The SLYRS Whisky With "Private Cask", the distillery offers all connoisseurs and individualists the exclusive opportunity to realize the dream of their own Whisky-Fasses to realize. Our classic SLYRS Barrels are handmade from the old oak trees of the Ozark Forest in Missouri / USA.
We currently offer you 6 barrel sizes from 40 to 220 liters and one
Storage time up to 8 years in our barrel storage.

starting distillate
You start your “Private Cask” with a new fine spirit or with a 3-year-old spirit SLYRS Bavarian single malt Whisky.
taste refinement
As an alternative to the classic maturation in our new American white oak barrels, we also offer you a finishing in old bourbon or sherry casks.

storage time / shrinkage
Approx. 4% shrinkage per year
The barrels leave during their maturation Whisky escape, this is what is called the "Angel's Share". Leave yours Whisky mature for up to 8 years in our barrel hall.
drinking strength
Decide on your desired drinking strength (43% vol. to 57% vol.). This is followed by manual bottling in our 0,7 liter bottles.

With the same care as you SLYRS "Private Cask" was created, the bottles are also labeled by hand with your individualized label (name, initials or logo).
